📆 This Week: 1950 Census Records Today is Wednesday, March 30. On Friday, April 1, the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) will make population records from the 1950 Census available to the public for the first time. On April 1, U.S. Census Bureau Director Robert Santos will join the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) for a virtual event celebrating the release of population records from the 1950 Census. Also observed this week were: Mom and Pop Business Owners Day and National Vietnam War Veterans Day on March 29 and National Doctors Day on March 30.
