Happy Thursday my friend!
Currently my kitchen is under renovation.
And as you may have guessed, this poses a bit of a challenge for a food blogger.
But that's fine by me for now, the result will be a lovely new kitchen that I'll be happy to splatter with various batters, icings, and sauces. Until then, we update old content from the archives and wash our dishes in the bathroom sink.
So while I was digging through old blog posts, I ran across this oldie but a goodie, and just HAD to share it.
It's one of the first recipes I ever posted to the blog and it remains one of my top recipes (30K shares!), and it's still rock solid:
It's a gluten free, low carb, cheesy to the max, veggie fueled wonder, and I hold it near and dear to my heart.
And don't worry! This crust is actually way easier than it sounds and it's a million times better than store bought...you can even make it ahead!
This recipe is fail-proof, doesn't fall apart, and all you need is a head of cauliflower, some eggs, cheese, and your favorite pizza toppings.
The updated post includes a bunch of tips, steps for success, and all the original low quality iPhone photos from 2020.
I hope you give this recipe a try and I hope you love it as much as I do.
