Census Bureau Releases Final 2020 Census Paid Temporary Workers Report

OCT. 12, 2021 — The U.S. Census Bureau released the total number of 2020 Census paid temporary workers that earned any pay Sept. 26–Oct. 2, 2021. The data tables include national totals for all 50 states and the District of Columbia by Census Bureau regional geography. A weekly number of paid temporary workers for Puerto Rico is also available.

This is the final report for 2020 Census temporary workers. Employees classified as temporary were released on Sept. 26, and this final report contains pay that was processed after that date.
