Kulfi is the creamier cousin of Ice Cream on a stick, with notes of saffron, almonds and cardamom.
I have fond memories of my grandma and mom making it every summer, and I could never wait long enough for it to finish freezing!
I'm sharing with you my OG Kulfi recipe along with two other flavours that can be made using the same kulfi base. (psst. my personal favourite is the mango kulfi)
