Hi everyone! Happy Tuesday! 

This Meal Plan email newsletter is coming to you mid-week, because we were busy this weekend launching the updated HBH site! If you haven't had a chance to check it out yet, please do! We'd love to hear your feedback.

While I'm enjoying these pretty spring days, my excitement for summer builds more and more everyday! 

Recent recipes have warmer days in mind… especially for the grill in preparation for Memorial Day Weekend and all the summer days to follow. 

Now for this week's meal plan... We've got a yummy chicken salad stuffed pita (think rosemary chicken, salty-sweet feta, and crispy bacon...the best combination of flavor), an easy, healthy and mess-free parchment baked salmon dinner, a colorful vegetarian recipe, a healthier "fried" chicken recipe, a quick-cooking gnocchi dish that will be a new spring and summer favorite. 

For THE BEST Friday night dessert, try this warm chocolate fudge skillet cake...my go-to easy flourless chocolate cake that rivals all others.
Warm, fudgy, flaky and delicious! 

And if you're looking for an easy (make ahead) brunch entrΓ©e for both spring and summer, this french toast has you covered and is an instant crowd-pleaser. Enjoy!

Monday: Rosemary Chicken and Avocado Bacon Pitas with Honey Feta Sauce 

Tuesday: Parchment Baked Lemon Salmon and Potatoes with Dill Yogurt 

Wednesday: Grilled Pesto Zucchini Stuffed with Tomatoes and Orzo

Thursday: Oven Fried Southern Hot Honey Chicken 

Friday: Cauliflower Gnocchi with Crispy Zucchini and Whipped Goat Cheese 

Saturday: Warm Chocolate Fudge Skillet Cake 

Sunday: Baked Strawberry and Cream Stuffed Croissant French Toast
