One of the best methods for saving time in the kitchen, guaranteed

Dear reader,

I often get asked how I put real food on my table ninety-eight percent of the time, while taking care of a family of four, running our businesses, and doing all of the other things that people do in a day.

It wasn't always this way. In fact, there was a time that I felt like a short order cook, three times a day, everyday. Friends, it was not fun!

What changed?

Aside from meal planning and creating a grocery budget, I started freezer cooking.

Freezer cooking is an excellent option for those who have busy schedules. And who doesn't have a busy schedule these days, right? You can even freezer cook in a combination of different ways.

Let me explain…

You can do freezer cooking sessions by doing all of your meal prep in advance, then freezing in  portions for each day. If you'd like to know more about this method, check out these posts on my blog:

OR, you can cook within your monthly meal plan but prepare extra cooked food to freeze for future meals. Learn about monthly meal planning HERE.

I hope you can find some inspiration here to help you streamline your days in the kitchen! As always, my team and I are here to help!

Blessings,
