Moist Lemon Cake - tastes like sunshine!

Hey reader reader,

Not your regular Lemon Cake, and dare I say, better than most lemon cakes I've ever tasted. Bright, zingy, tangy!

I get a lot of requests for Eggless Cakes and I went out to create a recipe that can match any cake with egg in terms of texture and taste!

It's moist, soft, tart and sweet.

What makes this cake amazing:

  • Double the lemon flavour - from the lemon juice and zest!
  • Oil instead of butter for a really moist crumb
  • A terrific lemon glaze that takes this up a notch!

Don't use those extra lemons for lemonade. You know what to do!
