Latest updates to Companies House services

We've rounded up all the latest updates as we continue to maintain services for our customers and protect the welfare of our employees in response to coronavirus (COVID-19). 


File your information online

Use our online services to make sure your information is processed as quickly as possible.

Public value and efficiency at Companies House

Easing of restrictions

From Monday 17 May, pubs, bars and restaurants in England will be able to:

  • serve groups of 6 people or 2 households indoors
  • serve groups of up to 30 people outdoors
  • provide indoor entertainment

Support for businesses

COVID-19 support is available to businesses. You may be eligible for loans, tax relief and cash grants, whether your business is open or closed.
