Hi There,
I wanted to share with you one of my favorite ferments for summertime: Fermented Salsa.
It's so easy to make, and only takes about 5 days (compared to months for other ferments!) and is super delicious spooned over grilled chicken or your morning eggs.
Here's why you should give it a try:
- It's easy. Seriously, you just whiz the ingredients together in a food processor, seal them in a jar, and wait. That's about it.
- It's loaded with beneficial bacteria. Fermented foods are rich in lactobacillus bacteria which support a healthy immune system as well as gut health.
- It's delicious. It's sharp, bright, with an acidic and salty edge that is so tasty.

Let me know if you give it a try!
