Glazed Coconut Lime Cookies
I have a new cookie recipe published today! After several weeks testing with varying amounts of butter, sugar, lime juice, coconut, and experimenting with different finishing touches, we finally have the perfect (and flavorful!) coconut lime cookie with just enough softness and spread. The lime glaze sets, which makes the cookies perfect for stacking, storing, and transporting especially during warm summer months. We LOVED these.
