Summer is almost here, which means it's time for frozen desserts! That's why we wanted to share this delicious recipe from our Cook Smarter, Not Harder Cookbook with you. We hope you enjoy! 😘 | | | | - 9 Rice Krispies treat squares
- 2 pints cookies and cream ice cream, softened
- 7 oz dark chocolate, melted
- 7 oz Hershey's Cookies and Creme candy (1 giant bar or about 5 regular bars), melted

| | 1. Press the treats flat by rolling with a tall glass. | | | 2. Place a small scoop of ice cream in the center of each rectangle. Wrap the scoop with the treat to form a ball. Repeat with the rest. | | | 3. Dip one half of each ball in dark chocolate. Lay them on waxed paper and freeze for 15 minutes to set. | | | 4.
