Does Clean Eating actually work??

Hey reader

A question I often hear is:

"Does the 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge actually work? 

What kind of results should I expect?"

Rather than trying to convince you that our program works (as long as you follow the plan) here is some of the feedback from people who have participated in recent Challenge groups:
