A little different from most recipes, the sauce of this Chicken Piccata has a lovely lemony flavour without being lip puckeringly sour, the chicken isn't bland (I know, it's criminal), and I use considerably less fat than most recipes. Hence I call this - Chicken Piccata. My Way! - Nagi & Dozer xx
PS To clarify, that's "My Way" as in mine, me, Nagi. Dozer doesn't have a way. He will take chicken any which way.
