Of course I think there are a million ways to enjoy the new cookbook, from quick cleanup to meatless meals everyone will love. But today I've got the four ways to get the ABSOLUTE most out of Everyday Dinners - these are the things I think make the book extra special and one that will live in your kitchen. 2. Start with planning out three meals a week. Until the pandemic hit, three meals a week was my sweet spot. This left room for leftovers, a spontaneous dinner out and maybe takeout too. These days, I tend to lean on planning four meals per week. I suggest starting here - don't go wild and try to plan all seven days of the week. Of course, have some backups… which brings me to my next tip! 4. Don't skip your 10 minute prep! Truly, doing just those 10 minutes of meal prep are life changing - your future self with thank you. Whether it's having vegetables washed, chopped and ready to go or whisking up a dressing so it's ready to make your salad delish, taking just a few minutes out of your day will make things so much easier in the long run. I prefer to get it done and over with as early in the day as I can! Can. Not Wait. !! |
