The following individuals have been amended on the consolidated list and remain subject to an asset freeze: Abd Al-Rahman al-Milad (Group ID: 13676) Mohammed Muammar Qadhafi (Group ID: 11647) This follows an update to the UK Sanctions List, enacting the UN's decision made on 29 April 2021 to amend two entries.
