Raise your hand if weeknights feel like a constant scramble right now. ๐ Between end-of-the-year kid stuff, lots of work to do, and the general chaos of real life, the last thing I want is a dinner that demands an hour in the kitchen.
My favorite thing about these recipes is that quick doesn’t mean boring! These actually feel like you put in real effort, even if you absolutely did not. This really is my sweet spot: easy but impressive (and something that I actually want to eat).
Whether you’ve got a family to feed or you’re just someone who’s tired and hungry after a long day, this list of 40 recipes has you covered. ❤️ And here are a few of my favorites below!
15-minute dinner! I always have this one in my back pocket. Frozen chicken wontons in an easy teriyaki sauce, thinly sliced mushrooms, and a generous sprinkle of green onion on top.
Crispy bits of chicken tenders, crispy cucumbers, and briny pickled onions, all on a bed of fluffy quinoa with a swoop of cool mint sauce on top. One of my favorites!
