We just got home from a beach vacation to celebrate my 40th birthday with the girls and my parents, and it was so, so special. I cooked very minimally, ate a lot of donuts and ice cream, and soaked up every single sunset.
Now: a big vibe shift! Straight into warmer days, Maycember, and real dinner cooking again!

Sticky, sweet, smoky, and so good. I love these added to a rice bowl with green rice, creamy corn, beans, and pickled onions, or eaten straight off the skewer!
