Resending: π« Why this keeps feeling harder than it should
Reset & Flourish
Hey there,
I want to talk about something that comes up all the time when women tell me they've "tried everything" and still can't seem to stick with eating better.
Almost always, they assume it's a them problem.
They say things like:
"I should be better at this."
"Why can't I stay consistent?"
"Other people make this work - why can't I?"
I've heard these thoughts for years. And I used to think them myself.
But here's the truth I want you to hear — and really take in:
Eating better feels hard because most plans expect you to do all the thinking, planning, and deciding on your own - day after day.
That might work on paper. It might even work for a short stretch.
But in real life - when you're tired, busy, juggling work, family, and everything else - it falls apart fast.
Not because you don't care. Not because you lack discipline.
You're exhausted because you're carrying too much of the load.
That's the part most plans miss.
π After years of doing this - for myself and for other women — I stopped focusing on motivation and started focusing on structure. Read this again!!
