10 New Year's Eve Ideas: Insanely Delicious Whipped Ricotta, Balsamic Roasted Peppers, Easy Marinated Olives, Sugared Cranberries & More

Hi Friends,

As noted over the weekend, tomorrow morning I'll be heading to my sister's, and in additon to the dog, a hockey bag, 6 humans, and many suitcases, the car will be transporting a bowl of rising dough, for focaccia of course, and a tub of ricotta to make the above-pictured whipped ricotta, which gets drizzled with both honey and olive oil, as well as crushed pistachios. It's exceptional.

Later that evening, we'll sip on David Lebovitz's tangerine spritzes while making resolutions in our pjs and say goodnight no later than 10 pm — my sister likes to be horizontal on the couch shortly after dinner, and more and more, I'm inclined to do the same.

Below you'll find 10 favorite nibbles for a NYE gathering, large or small. I'm wishing you all the healthiest and happiest New Year. Thank you, as always, for being here πŸ₯‚πŸ₯³

PS: You can also turn your focaccia into crostini. Find details in this post, along with many more NYE ideas:

4-Ingredient Balsamic Mini Peppers: To add some brightness to the table.

3-Ingredient Sugared Cranberries: People love dropping these in their flutes of bubbly and munching on them with...

... their cheese and crackers. They look so festive on a cheese board along with...

... these candied pepitas (equally delicious, even easier to prepare):
