
| Hi reader, My husband and I like to cook a bunch of meat on Sundays to have ready and waiting in the fridge to toss into soups, salads, or stir fries during the week. Meal planning can feel like a bit of a pain, but I'm always glad we did it after the fact. While he puts some face time in at the grill with steak and chicken, I get to take the easy route by plunking a pork roast in the slow cooker. The result? Melt-in-your-mouth shredded pork that's perfectly seasoned, garlicky, and ready to be turned into a dozen different dishes. I've listed a ton in the recipe post, but here are my favorite ways to use it:
