Extremely well seasoned and hard to stop eating straight from the sheet pan!
I love some tofu that's study, a bit crunchy, well-seasoned, and a little chewy too. This recipe has it all! I have to stop myself from pinching bites from the tray as I'm making dinner. You just need a box grater, some clean kitchen towels, a baking sheet, and some pantry ingredients for this one. A batch of this tofu is perfect for topping grain bowls, baked potatoes, salads, or stuffing into wraps.
