Casseroles are a love language in my family, especially in the colder months when we’re all craving something hot, filling, and cozy.
They’re not only tasty and creative, but they can help stretch the budget while still providing plenty of veggies, nutrients, and protein.
Most casseroles are excellent for meal prepping, as they last well in the fridge and are easy to prepare one night and then pop in the oven the following day.
