We just got back from a two-week trip to southern Italy where we explored everything from Rome and the Amalfi coast, all the way down to Sicily and everything in between, and then back up and over to Puglia. Lots of beautiful sights and lots of delicious food (yes, I will be replicating and sharing some of my favorite recipes)! And I was reminded of a dish I had on a previous trip to Italy, Osso Buco, and I'm happy to finally be able to share it with you.

This classic Italian dish features beef shanks that are slow-simmered in a deliciously rich gravy until the meat becomes fork tender and practically melts in your mouth. If you're looking for something to make for a special occasion or for that special someone, this is it. I'm thinking of making it for Christmas Eve this year. Osso Buco represents Italian comfort food at its best and is one of my most favorite Italian dishes. I'm confident you'll love it too.

This Stollen recipe has ranked #1 in Google for the past 4 years running. And that's for a very good reason: you will not find a better or as incredibly delicious Stollen anywhere. And that's a promise.

Set aside any notions you have of Stollen, especially if you think you don't like it. This one's a game changer. Nearly 800 comments left by readers who have made and fallen in love with this Stollen recipe will attest to that. But don't take anyone else's word for it - give it a try for yourself this year!

Now, bring us some figgy pudding,
Now, bring us some figgy pudding,
Now, bring us some figgy pudding, and bring it out here!
Good tidings we bring to you and your kin.
We Wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Ever wonder what a figgy pudding is? It's another name for plum pudding or English Christmas pudding. And I have a thoroughly authentic recipe for you. It's the perfect make-ahead dessert as the flavors only get better with time. A household favorite for centuries, no traditional Christmas is complete without a Christmas Pudding!

Last week....

A traditional Moroccan soup featuring chickpeas, lentils, tender beef or lamb, and a myriad of flavor-packed ingredients and spices.

Harira to Morocco is like Boeuf Bourguignon to France in that it's as much a household name as anything. Every child and adult in Morocco is familiar with harira and it's served in practically every home throughout the country. No wonder it's Morocco's national soup.

But this isn't just any harira, this is harira on steroids, bumped up multiple flavor notches! This comforting soup with an incredible flavor profile will absolutely WOW your taste buds!
