| 50g / 2 oz popped popcorn 50g / 2 oz roasted peanuts / any roasted nuts, whole 150g / 5.3 oz 70% cocoa dark chocolate, melted ½ teaspoon flaky sea salt | | step 01 Line a large tray with parchment paper. Put the popcorn, nuts and melted chocolate into a large bowl. Mix until all of the chocolate coats the popcorn and nuts. step 02 Tip onto the tray, spread evenly and sprinkle with sea salt.
