Can you believe today is the first day of March, already??! Time is going way too fast!
First of all, hope you're all doing well. I have been very busy writing blog posts after blog posts. You can check out all the latest and the greatest by clicking on the red button ➡️
Here's a quick round-up of recipes showcasing the Top 10 dishes that use fresh vegetables. Most of the recipes are super easy to make and use ingredients that are easy to find in your local grocery store. And if you can't find them, give me a call. I may have some extra you can use. Click on the image to take you to the blog post. 😉
And if you like 🍤 shrimps, here are a few recipes to try out.
The Best Garlic Butter Shrimp - is perfect all year round. If you can get your hands on some fresh shrimps (with heads and shells-on) you've got to give this one a try! OK, I'll trade ya, get some frozen shrimps, peeled, no heads or tails and prepare them using this garlic butter recipe. I bet this will become your next favorite!! I didn't claim it to be THE BEST just for the heck of it. 😬
Caramelized Shrimp - this recipe is simpler to prepare and uses fewer ingredients than the Garlic Butter Shrimp above. So if you're in the mood for a peel and eat kind of shrimp, this one is it! Pair this with your favorite drink and you'll be in heaven.
So get cooking! And hope you enjoy it!! I'll be going to TasteMaker's Conference this weekend and I can't wait to report back all the neat things I get to learn, eat, and cook! I'll be taking a cooking class at The Chopping Block and having a wonderful dinner with colleagues at The Fulton Market Kitchen. I'm beyond excited!!! Follow my latest kitchen adventures and connect on social for an up-to-date report of the event!
'Til next time...
