| | Our One IPO transformation programme is making great progress. The new patents service is now just over 2 years, launching in Spring / Summer 2024, with trade marks and designs following in 2025 and 2026. Today, we're excited to share the first early designs of the new service. We have published two updates this morning: 1. A general overview of our transformation progress 2. A blog from Chris Mitchell – Project Lead, which contains details of our work on IPO customer accounts, including video demonstrations of our early designs | | We're building a customer account that will allow you to manage all of your IP in one place. You'll see several benefits from this: - Securely view all your IP rights in one place and see their status
- Make changes to your account or IP, like changing your registered address, yourself in a matter of seconds
- Make changes to multiple rights at once
- Give colleagues access to the IP you manage
- Spend less time form filling - our new, digital service will remember your information.
We want our customers to be able to effortlessly control their IP and account information. | | Share your thoughts These are early designs of the service that will change and improve with customer feedback. Your feedback is absolutely essential to making this a success. To learn more about how we're using your feedback and why it's so important, take a look at this blog from our Deputy CEO, David Holdsworth.
