Best-seller! Dried mint is an essential flavor-maker. We don't salad without dried mint!
It's not an exaggeration to say that I cook with Mint Salt daily. My brother will let me know this sounds like an overstatement, but no! My frequent use of dried mint inspired the creation of our best-selling Favorite Mint Salt and Garlic Mint Salt. If you haven't tried them yet, you're in for a treat. If you have, then I bet you keep them in your pantry or by the stove at all times, like me. Delicious in salads, on roasted or grilled vegetables and potatoes, every meat you grill, in yogurt-cucumber salad, mixed into the meat or tomatoes for kibbeh and for fatayar, and swirled into yogurt or labneh or cream cheese or sour cream (you get the idea!) for a dip for your crudite or chips of any kind.
Yogurt Cucumber Salad (just yogurt + sliced cukes + mint salt). Cool and refreshing aside grilled meats and vegetables. Or on its own. Or as a topping for salmon or mujadara.
