New recipe! ⭐️ Smoky Beans and Greens Tacos with Aji Verde

It's officially summerrrrrrr! Summer, summer, summer. (Okay fine, there might still be, like, the solstice headed our way, but it's June and it's been a million degrees here in Minnesota so….it's summerrrrrr!).
And these tacos are our current go-to pal. Smoky black beans simmered up with loads of kale and enchilada sauce, tucked into charred corn tortillas with some crunchy fresh corn sheared right off the cob.
And the star here, THE STAR, is the Aji Verde (a Peruvian spicy, herby, creamy green sauce). We demand that you absolutely shower your tacos with this truly spectacular bit of food magic.
