July 14 Post Award Forum and Public Hearing for the Texas Healthcare Transformation and Quality Improvement Program 1115 Waiver HHSC will hold a virtual only post award forum and public hearing to present implementation updates and receive public comment on the Texas Healthcare Transformation and Quality Improvement Program 1115 waiver extension that was approved on January 15, 2021. July 14, 2021 9:30 a.m. Register for the Public Hearing. Download the Annual 1115 Monitoring Report (PDF). Attendees can give public comment through the GoToWebinar chat feature. The moderator will enable these attendees to provide oral comments virtually during the public comment portion of the hearing.
