In honor of Father's Day this weekend, I am bringing back an old favorite for the carnivores in your house... sticky balsamic baby back ribs!
Fall-off-the-bone tender and slathered in a garlicky, brown sugar, balsamic sauce with just a touch of "cayenne kick..."
...These ribs are finger-licking good and perfect for summer grilling!

Kitchen Tips and Hacks to Save you Time and Money:
Why You Should Never Wash Chicken Before Cooking It:
There's no need to rinse or wash chicken off before cooking it. In fact by doing so you can actually spread bacteria on the surrounding countertops, sink and even clothing.
The only way to eliminate bacteria is to cook the chicken to the proper temperature of 165F.
If the chicken has a slippery texture and this bothers you, then (if you are still within the "sell by" date), just wipe it down with a paper towel.
Always wash your hands thoroughly after touching raw meat, as well as anything that has come in contact with it.
