Trust everyone is doing well.

This is a lengthy post, not my usual short and sweet post :).
Seriously, feels like writing a thesis on How to make Japanese white bean paste LOL :D

White bean paste is widely used in making Japanese sweets like wagashi.

If you scroll down this post, I made some wagashi for my daughter's recent birthday.
She is not a cake person and she loves Japanese food! Have to say that she was pretty chuffed with her birthday wagashis :).
