Hi reader -   With warm summer weather comes lots of outdoor cookouts. And although the grilled hamburgers and pasta salads are usually the stars of the show, you can't forget about potluck appetizers!     Below you'll find all of my favorite potluck appetizers that are delicious, easy and are the perfect way to use up fresh veggies and herbs from your garden.    Most of these can even be made ahead of time, saving you one less thing to worry about before guests arrive.   I'm a chips and dip kind of girl, so I especially love all of the fresh homemade salsas and guacamole.
