When I say "bowls," I'm talking about the all-in-one kind of meal that puts your grains, veggies, and protein all in one spot! I love them because:
- Prep them ahead of time
- Great for leftovers or weekly lunch prep
- Adaptable: substitutions are always welcome; use what you have on hand.
Bowls are one of my favorite things to serve to company because each person can build their own in whatever way they prefer.
