Hi reader,

In honor of Father's Day this weekend, I am bringing back an old favorite for the carnivores in your house... sticky balsamic baby back ribs!

Fall-off-the-bone tender and slathered in a garlicky, brown sugar, balsamic sauce with just a touch of "cayenne kick..."

...These ribs are finger-licking good and perfect for summer grilling!

Kitchen Tips and Hacks
to Save you Time and Money:

Why You Should Never Wash Chicken Before Cooking It:
  • There's no need to rinse or wash chicken off before cooking it.  In fact by doing so you can actually spread bacteria on the surrounding countertops, sink and even clothing.
  • The only way to eliminate bacteria is to cook the chicken to the proper temperature of 165F.
  • If the chicken has a slippery texture and this bothers you, then (if you are still within the "sell by" date), just wipe it down with a paper towel.
  • Always wash your hands thoroughly after touching raw meat, as well as anything that has come in contact with it.
Works every time!
