These strawberry banana overnight oats are one of my favorite make-ahead breakfasts this time of year.
They’re creamy, filling, naturally sweetened with fruit, and take just a few minutes to prep. I’ll usually make a few jars on Sunday so breakfast is already waiting for me during the week.
You can enjoy them cold straight from the fridge or let them sit out for a few minutes while you get ready in the morning.
And if you want more protein, just stir in some vanilla protein powder or collagen.
