Fad diets have come and gone, functional foods have taken off, and - thankfully - the focus seems to have shifted from quick fixes to long-term wellbeing. There's also more information than ever. Some of it is genuinely helpful and empowering, and some of it is so complex it feels like you'd need a PhD to understand...
