Hi There,
Where I live, the grass and tree pollen is spiking - just the beginning of what seems like a long-lasting spring. And that means itchy eyes, sniffles - the works!
There's one herbal remedy that I emphasize the most this time of year: Nettle Infusion. It's a soothing, gentle herbal infusion that's packed with nutrients and anti-inflammatory compounds.
Here's why you should might it a try:
- It's mineral-rich. Nettle's packed with potassium, magnesium, phosphorus and other trace elements.
- It's a restorative tonic. Nettle supports the adrenals, and helps reduce oxidative stress, too.
- It's anti-inflammatory, and many people take it when the pollen count is high.
- It's easy to make. Seriously, you pack a jar full of the dried herbs (which I buy here), cover them with hot water and wait.
Here's how to make it → Nettle Infusion
Let me know what you think!

P.S. My new cookbook comes out in just TWO weeks and it has LOADS more nettle recipes. Make sure you preorder now to get the bonus chapter all about healthy hormones.
