Beef stroganoff has always been a favorite of mine. Few things can beat that fork tender meat enveloped in a lusciously rich and creamy sauce served over a bed of hot egg noodles!

I developed this thoroughly FUSS-FREE version a few years ago and it has remained a family favorite ever since. It's so perfect for those busy weekdays we can all relate to when you just want to be able to come home and not have to worry about cooking or cleanup!

So let your crockpot do all the work and then come sit down to a ready and thoroughly delicious meal!

Remoulade is a classic French cold sauce that is super versatile.

Remoulade pairs well with a wide variety of dishes. It's perfect for crab cakes, fried fish, po' boy sandwiches, clams, shrimp, calamari, oysters, boiled lobster, chicken tenders, hushpuppies, French fries, oven roasted potatoes, zucchini fries...gasp for breath!...onion rings, fried dill pickles, fried green tomatoes, baked potatoes, hamburgers, hot dogs, and sandwiches, tuna salad, ham salad, egg salad, potato salad...or with a bag of potato chips!

This sauce takes just minutes to whip up and keeps for a couple of weeks - if you can keep that long from eating it!

Last Week:

A wonderfully flavorful sesame ginger dressing you can use for any number of things you want to jazz up with that incredible toasted sesame flavor!

Drizzle it over leafy green salads, sliced cucumbers, blanched asparagus, beef, pork, chicken, seafood, fresh tuna and salmon, rice or steamed vegetables. Stir it in cold noodles or with shredded cabbage and carrots to make a fabulous Asian coleslaw. Or use it as a dipping sauce for shrimp, fried tofu, wontons, gyoza, or potstickers.

Quick and easy to make and absolutely delicious!
