Today, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) will host a webinar to share information and answer questions about transitioning from use of decontaminated disposable respirators. Specifically, the FDA will present information about the April 9, 2021 FDA Recommends Transition from Use of Decontaminated Disposable Respirators - Letter to Health Care Personnel and Facilities. This webinar is part of the series on Respirators and Other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for Health Care Personnel Use during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Representatives from the FDA, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC) National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) will answer your questions about the recommendation to transition from use of decontaminated disposable respirators.
