Today I want to share with you one of my favourite recipes by my Mum - Achari Paneer. (Achar is a type of pickle in which the food is preserved in spiced oil.)
It's such a great way to get those Achari flavours in just a few quick minutes.
Made using a few whole spices and very little time it is the best way to satisfy those cravings for 'something special'
Tangy, spicy, salty - a match made in heaven!
