Opioids, Stimulants, and Trauma Summit: Discounted Registration Ends April 13, 2021 Discounted registration for the 2021 Opioids, Stimulants, and Trauma Summit ends April 13, 2021. Attend all three half days for $125. - April 16, 2021: The focus is on opioids, with sessions on opioid use disorder in the correctional environment, peer support, the co-use of methamphetamine and opioids, and non-pharmacologic approaches to decreasing opioid use and treating pain.
- May 14, 2021: The focus is on stimulants, with sessions on the new trends in treatment approaches, the Matrix Model, and effective treatment approaches for rural and Native American communities.
- June 18, 2021: The focus is on trauma, with sessions on enhancing recovery services with mindfulness-informed interventions, EMDR, and strategies for working with justice-involved people.
This is a virtual event presented using Zoom. All sessions will be recorded. People who register for the event will have access to the recordings for the day(s) in which they register to attend.
