The one thing I can say about this Cauliflower Pizza Crust is... don't knock it 'til ya try it!
...no seriously. Before I'd ever tried cauliflower crust, I assumed it would taste like, well, CAULIFLOWER. And I mean, it does, but not entirely.
It's crispy and it stays together and it's seasoned so you don't feel like you're eating plain cauliflower. It's a legit homemade recipe if you're looking for a gluten free/paleo/low carb pizza crust option!
