Not that you really need a reason to make these Almond Flour Cupcakes but... it is Monday, and the temperatures are dropping slightly this week so.. might as well bake!
Since I'm a horribly indecisive person, I decided to include a chocolate and vanilla version of these cupcakes, so you can pick whichever kind you'd like to make. They're both soft, fluffy, moist -- everything you want in a gluten free cupcake recipe -- and they're topped with my favorite easy buttercream.
