Roasted Chickpeas are probably (ok, definitely) the BEST way to eat chickpeas. They're delicious sprinkled on salad, on top of roasted vegetables and even by themselves (my preferred method for eating them).
You can season them however you'd like, but my two go-to ways are either 1) cajun seasoning or 2) nutritional yeast. Whatever you decide, I hope you give this easy savory snack a try!
